The first couple days are always the hardest but they are even harder when you have exams! Today was really tough for me because I had my property law B exam. I hadn’t studied much for the exam because I had been focusing on my other assessment. I only needed 10/50 to pass but still I wanted to do my best. I think I have done enough to pass but the questions were just fucked … to put it bluntly.
I started my morning off with bootcamp which was a really tough work out.

Morning Tea - Grapefruit and 8 almonds
Lunch - 3 rice cakes with cottage cheese, spinach, cucumber and salmon
Dinner - Beef Hoisin Stir Fry with brocollini, spring onion, mushrooms and carrot.
Well it has been a very long day for me so I am going to go get some sleep! Is anyone else in exam period? What do you do to keep yourself sane?
Ok! So today is day 1 of my 4 week challenge. It started off by getting all my measurements done (not so fun). My start weight is 58.6kg and body fat percentage is 22%. My goal weight is 55kg and I am waiting to get my body fat down to 18% by the end of the challenge. So I have lots of hard work ahead of me!

Today I burnt 400 calories in my session which I was super happy with as I never burn much doing upper body work!
Breakfast - Protowhey Shake (straight after workout), 1 egg, 1 slice of Toast
Morning Tea - 1 banana and 8 almonds
Lunch - Turkey Sandwich with wholegrain mustard, cranberry sauce, spinach and cucumber
Dinner - Meat Dumplings - family dinner :-)
Tomorrow is my final exam and I CAN NOT WAIT until 5pm when it is all over and done with. I can then truly focus on my training, eating and work. I have been so busy with work lately it will be good to catch up.
TIme to go prep everything for tomorrow ….. although I should be studying! MEH!
Tomorrow - 4 November - I start a 4 week challenge at my gym! I personally love fitness challenges! I find that I am more focused then normal.
I have a PT session at 5:30am so looking forward to smashing out the session so I can start the week focused and ready!
I also have my last uni exam for the semester on Tuesday! Can not wait until that is over. I have been a really slack student this semester and I am sure that my marks will reflect that. I can only imagine how “studious” I am going to be in semester 1 next year as I prepare for the wedding!
So my point is …. I will be posting a lot more over the next 4 weeks because I am going to keep myself accountable for the challenge and I will have some free time thanks to uni!

When I finished my work out I had a protein shake. I have chocolate Proto-Whey and I have to say its one of my favourite powders so far. It mixes well and it tastes delicious!
I didn’t have time for breakfast this morning so I took my overnight oats to go and had them at work! I topped it with a banana, some raspberries and a little bit of mango….. mmmmmmm!

I can’t believe its Tuesday night already! Work has been pretty hectic this week and honestly I don’t see it slowing down anytime to soon….. I am also a little stressed because I have 2 essays and 2 exams to get through. Why do I leave everything until the last minute? I can only imagine what semester 1 2014 will be like when I am working, studying and planning a wedding!
My training has been good this week.

Today in QLD it is Labour Day. I love long weekends! Well I used to love them when they did not involve studying! I have been doing trusts all weekend - For those non law people a trust is when the holder of a legal or equitable interest in certain property is bound by an equitable obligation to hold his interest in that property not for his own exclusive benefit BUT for the benefit of another person/s…. BORING!
ANYWAYS - today I did my very first crossfit workout with my trainer and I can not stop talking about it! I thought it was great!
Seriously - try it!
After that I did 3 sets of chest press on the swiss ball superset with 15 push ups - my arms….. dead!
I finished off with some ab work and stretches. I burnt 528 calories all up! It was AMAZING… I feel AMAZING! I also feel very sore lol.
After my workout I had scrambled eggs with asparagus and a protein shake….. the protein shake I used was delicious protein in banana flavour and it tasted great! Probably the best that I have ever had! I did blend it up with a 1/2 a frozen banana and a teaspoon of cocoa nut butter mmm.
